US domestic shipping

Zabu Candles currently ships across the United States only. We offer standard and express shipping via UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout, and you can select a faster shipping option if desired. 

After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is typically 2-5 business days depending on the shipping method and location. 

Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary during holidays.


Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused,  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for damaged items. If you would like to exchange your item please contact us by sending an email to info@zabucandles.com with your name, order number and a photograph of the item for assessment. Please also indicate whether you would like a replacement or refund of your item.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
